Dance Troupe

The Lincoln University Dance Troupe is a vital part of the extra-curricular activities at Lincoln University. Dance Troupe is a modern/jazz company with a repertoire that includes ballet, ethnic, street, lyrical, and contemporary dance forms. Musical selections for the group vary from spiritual to classical to contemporary to popular music. Membership is open to all students enrolled in the University meeting audition requirements established by the artistic director.

The Lincoln University Dance Troupe provides cultural entertainment for the Lincoln University family and the community, provides opportunities for creative expression, shares in the preparation of dance specialists and professionals, and assists with the recruitment program for the University by performing at high schools both in and out-of-state.
