On behalf of the Office of Academic Affairs, I welcome you to a virtual tour of the Lincoln University academic programs. As an 1890 land-grant comprehensive institution, LU is committed to providing “excellent educational opportunities for a diverse student population in the context of an open enrollment institution.”
The Office of the Vice President and Provost is responsible for overseeing all academic programs and a variety of academic services at Lincoln. In support of the institutional mission, we offer more than 50 programs of study, including high quality, student-centered undergraduate programs grounded in the liberal arts and sciences and select graduate programs to prepare students for professional service and lifelong learning.

We invite you to learn more about our programs by exploring the websites of the four colleges and offices:
We are proud of the overall excellence of our programs; the quality of our faculty and staff; and the accomplishments of our students, graduates, and alumni. Monday Matters: A Celebration of Academic Affairs is a weekly on-line newsletter in which we recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of Academic Affairs. Also included in each issue are highlights of our international programs; collaborations with local, state, and national agencies; and other outreach activities such as those funded by the USDA and the Department of Defense.
Whether you are a prospective student, a parent, or a potential faculty member, each of us in Academic Affairs is ready to assist you and to provide additional information about the academic programs and opportunities available at LU. We also encourage you to visit our campus in Jefferson City to see first-hand why Lincoln University is the institution of choice for many students. For more information, you may also visit our office in 206 Young Hall or call 573.681.5074.
