Tuition Refunds due to Withdrawal

Refunds for Fall 2007, Spring 2008, Summer 2008

Tuition refunds are issued to eligible students based on the official date of withdrawal. Students must officially inform the college that they are withdrawing from class(es) by completing a withdrawal form and having it processed with the Record's Office.  If withdrawal from courses results in a credit balance on the student account, complete the refund request form with the Student Accounts Office to receive a refund.  A refund check will not be processed unless requested by the student. 

Fall 2007 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (August 27 - September 2) . . . . . . 100% refund
        During the second calendar week (September 3 - September 9). . . 50% refund
        During the third calendar week (September 10 - 16) . . . . . . . . . .   25% refund
        After three weeks (September 17). .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  . NO REFUND

Spring 2008 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (January 14 - January 20) . . . . . . .100% refund
        During the second calendar week (January 21 - January 27) . . . . . 50% refund
        During the third calendar week (January 28 - February 3) . . . . . . . 25% refund
        After three weeks (February 4)  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . NO REFUND  

Summer 2008 Refund Schedule:

         During the first calendar week (May 28 - June 3) . . . . . . . . . . . 100% Refund 
        After first calendar week (June 4) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .NO REFUND
